Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber is seeking a Project Manager/Civil Engineer for land development. Based in Farmington Hills, MI or Toledo, OH, the role focuses on leading site design, managing project teams, and maintaining client relations.

You will drive scope, schedule, and budgets, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across offices, while pursuing new projects through proposals and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer license in Michigan and/or Ohio.
• 8+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Experience leading site development projects and managing teams.
• Proposal development and presenting scope, effort, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/site design for site development projects and clients.
• Manage projects and teams from due diligence through design and construction.
• Control scope, schedule and budgets to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate workload and ensure progress on schedule.
• Engage with leaders and management on project strategy and staffing.
• Support business development and winning proposals with marketing teams.
