Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree with five years of progressively responsible design/construction management experience, at least two years at Associate Civil Engineer level.
• Valid California Professional Civil Engineer registration.
• Valid California driver's license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary technical reviews of facility improvement projects.
• Provide hands-on supervision and technical leadership to engineering staff and consultants.
• Oversee complex vertical construction and facility rehabilitation projects.
• Manage and coordinate project funding and budgets.
• Coordinate across City departments, regulatory agencies, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Support capital planning and facility assessments.
