Job summary

Aligned Energy LLC is seeking a Civil Engineer in Wisconsin to lead engineering teams and ensure design integrity across data center developments. This role requires strong project management skills and a proactive approach to civil design, with responsibilities spanning from quality control of design to collaboration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil design and project management.
• Strong understanding of site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting processes.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering standards across all projects.
• Coordinate civil design across disciplines to ensure integration.
• Communicate complex civil engineering concepts effectively.

Skills

Project Management Software (MS Projects, Procore, BIM 360, or similar)

Civil design software (Civil 3D, AutoCAD)

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of Bluebeam, Autocad, & Revit

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; PE license strongly preferred
