Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in civil site design and related fields.
• PE license required or ability to obtain within six months of assignment.
• Advanced Civil 3D skills are required.
• Experience with stormwater analysis/modeling using StormCAD and/or CivilStorm.
• Ability to lead site civil work and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on site/facility projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead site civil design work and coordinate remotely with other discipline team members.
• Support site selection, site development, and site master planning.
• Design underground utility routing and site space plans.
• Perform hydrology analysis and design storm drain systems.
• Analyze and design gravity wastewater systems.
• Prepare final grading plans, including cut-and-fill analysis.
• Prepare erosion and sediment control plans and stormwater pollution prevention plans; support permit approvals.
• Research and follow local AHJ design and construction requirements.
• Perform stormwater analysis and modeling using StormCAD and CivilStorm.
• Coordinate civil site/facility design with other disciplines.
