The successful candidate will ensure OSHA and company safety compliance, manage subcontractors, and direct field operations with 15+ years of experience. This position requires travel across the United States to support diverse project sites.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in civil construction superintendent roles.
• Willingness to travel across the U.S. for project assignments.
• Knowledge of environmental controls and storm drainage systems.
• Experience reading environmental permits and construction drawings.
• Experience reading blueprints and CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations for earthwork, utilities, and storm drainage.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance across sites.
• Manage subcontractors and direct field operations.
• Coordinate project setup, office/yard, equipment, and personnel.
• Utilize Trimble/Propeller systems for modeling and data processing.
