The role demands on-site leadership, safe execution of earthwork, utilities, storm drainage, and environmental controls with a focus on meeting project budgets and schedules. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of relevant experience, proven ability to manage subcontractors, interpret complex drawings, and travel across the United States for

Qualifications

• 15+ years in civil construction supervision or equivalent field leadership.
• Experience leading earthwork, utilities, storm drainage, and environmental controls on large solar/BESS/substation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and manage field operations with a focus on safety and OSHA compliance.
• Oversee earthwork, utilities, drainage, basements, ponds and stormwater treatment.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project management to ensure schedule adherence.
• Read and interpret environmental permits and drawings; review blueprints and CAD drawings.
