Job summary

Northern Clearing Inc. seeks a Civil Construction Superintendent with 15+ years of field supervision experience to lead on-site operations for solar, BESS, and substation civil projects across the U.S.

You will manage earthwork, utilities, storm drainage and environmental controls while ensuring OSHA safety and subcontractor coordination. The role requires traveling across the United States, reading blueprints/CAD drawings, and using Trimble/TBC and GPS data.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil construction supervision experience.
• Experience with earthwork, utilities, storm drainage and environmental controls for solar, BESS or substation projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance and coordination of subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations and field leadership for projects.
• Plan and schedule project activities, offices and yard resources.
• Review environmental permits and drawings, and ensure compliance.
