Ideal candidates have 3+ years of civil PM experience, strong Excel/Word/Project skills, and the ability to coordinate bids, schedules, suppliers and field teams to maximize efficiency and profit.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Civil Construction Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Project.

Responsibilities

• Review project bids for contract compliance, final cost adjustments, strategy and pricing.
• Develop schedules and timelines for all projects, update stakeholders regularly.
• Analyze and adjust equipment, manpower and subcontractors as needed.
• Complete job start checklist prior to commencement of work.
• Provide approved subcontracts and purchase orders for project buy out.
• Review and approve purchases through the project.
• Ensure compliance with local municipalities and utility authorities.
• Create and manage project budgets and change orders.
• Review job cost reports to maximize profit.
• Prepare monthly budget and cost-to-complete reports.
