Responsibilities

• Manage project performance: cost, schedule, and overall success.
• Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Coordinate with crews, subs, and DOT timelines to keep projects on track.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and partners to resolve design and field challenges.
• Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
