Qualifications

• 3+ years of Civil Construction Project Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Project.

Responsibilities

• Review project bids for contract compliance and pricing.
• Develop schedules and timelines for all projects.
• Analyze and adjust equipment, manpower, and subcontractors as needed.
• Complete start checklists prior to commencement of work.
• Provide approved subcontracts and purchase orders for project buyout.
• Review and approve purchases through the project.
• Ensure compliance with local municipalities and utility authorities.
• Create and manage budgets using the Master Bid Spreadsheet.
• Process change orders and monitor cost overruns.
• Prepare monthly budget reports and job cost reports.
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, permits, and testing reports.
