Responsibilities

• Supervise crew members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and profitably.
• Knowledge in trenching, excavation, confined spaces, and hazardous materials; must have foreman experience.
• Ensure projects follow company procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Allocate daily responsibilities to crew and resolve issues.
• Oversee use of machinery and equipment.
• Monitor attendance and performance; provide leadership through training and coaching.
• Must hold a valid state motor vehicle license.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
