Intuit Inc. is seeking a hands-on Construction Crew Lead to guide a small crew on civil/site development projects. You will interpret civil plans, outline tasks for your crew, and keep work progressing at a high pace while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires 3+ years in construction, a valid Texas driver’s license, and strong reading/writing of English for plans, safety docs, and reports. Full-time with 40–60 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on construction experience in civil/site development
• Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to read/write English proficiently for plans, safety docs and reports
• Prior crew lead/foreman experience preferred
• Physically fit to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors

Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew on site (4–8 members) and direct work
• Plan daily tasks and sequences to meet schedules
• Read civil plans and translate into crew tasks
• Communicate with supervisors and project leadership
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks
• Manage materials, tools, and daily reporting
• Drive to job sites and operate company vehicles as qualified
