Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment driving Lean and Six Sigma programs.
• Formal Six Sigma training and associated Lean, Blackbelt, and SPC credentials preferred.
• Willingness to travel but less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement projects by identifying and prioritizing high value losses.
• Develop and implement CI strategies to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
• Conduct thorough assessments of current processes for optimization.
