Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical HVAC/refrigeration training preferred.
• EPA Universal license and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on chiller systems, including cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.
• Diagnose and repair chiller malfunctions (electrical, mechanical, refrigerant).
• Monitor performance and maintain operation logs.
• Assist upgrading existing units and work with the maintenance team on projects.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to emergency service calls and perform repairs as needed.
