Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with chiller systems from multiple manufacturers.
• Experience inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex HVAC equipment.
• Familiarity with BAS controls and building automation systems.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiller overhauls, major inspections, and retrofits as required by customer.
• Maintain records of work performed and parts used.
• Communicate equipment condition and needed repairs to customers regularly.
• Use proper tools for troubleshooting and check system safety before leaving.
