Job summary

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Home Registered Manager for a specialist children’s residential home in the UK. You will lead a team, oversee care plans, and ensure safeguarding and wellbeing for vulnerable children, guided by BASW standards.

The role requires leadership experience in children’s residential settings and qualifications in residential childcare, plus a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s home.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• A Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and practical support to children and families.
• Assess individual needs and develop tailored care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Advocate for rights and access to essential services.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with BASW standards.
