Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s home.
• Diploma at Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Diploma at Level 4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• A Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a children’s home with autonomy and support to shape a nurturing environment.
• Provide leadership focused on safeguarding and high-quality care for children and young people.

Skills
