Job summary

State of Florida is seeking a Lead Child & Youth Program Coordinator for the Joint Force Headquarters in St. Augustine, FL. The role serves as the SME on all CYS matters and oversees statewide programming for youth ages 6–18, including budgeting and partnerships with external organizations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
Two years of professional, full-time-equivalent experience in the management of youth programs or related field.
Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Child & Youth Program Coordinator (CYPC) and State-level SME on all Child & Youth Services (CYS) matters.
Budget, plan, develop, implement, provide QA, and evaluate a statewide CYS program.
Oversee budget development, travel, youth camps, and background checks.
Coordinate partnerships with external youth organizations (e.g., Boys & Girls Clubs of America, 4-H).
Provide administrative oversight and monthly/after-action reports to the SFPD and managers.
