Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight years of education and/or professional experience in social work, including two years as a fully licensed social worker (LSW).
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, direct, and monitor activities of caseworkers and staff in child protection, adoption, and substitute care.
• Assess and assign caseloads; review and provide guidance on cases and service delivery.
• Research with staff to resolve critical and crisis situations; ensure quality service standards.
