Okemo Mountain Resort is hiring for a Lead Child Care Attendant to manage daily operations of the childcare center for ages 6 months to four years during the Summer Seasonal 2026 period. The Lead Child Care Attendant is responsible for the effective daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children ages 6 months to four years. This role serves as the primary point of contact for families, overseeing the check-in and reservation process, managing the front desk, and supporting administrative functions. In addition to providing direct care, this role leads and supports the childcare team, maintains regulatory compliance, and ensures a high standard of service and safety throughout the facility.
The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $24.69/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
