Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 3+ years in a lab.
• Equivalent experience within the Trainer Laboratory.
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, LIMS and instrumentation networking.
• Demonstrated proficiency in all role-specific competencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with respect to all technical activities including prioritization, testing and training.
• Ensure quality control of testing and timely data flow between lab and customers.
• Maintain complete and accurate shift turnover and supply levels.
• Assist with lab activities across refinery processes and products.
• Oversee calibration, repair, and method development as needed.
• Manage inventory for continuity of operations and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate safety and hazardous materials programs.
• Lead daily operations and participate in operations meetings.
