ECI Group is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for its Gulf Coast Chemical Manufacturing network. You will lead capital and expense projects from concept through startup, interfacing with Operations, Maintenance, and EHS teams to improve plant reliability, safety, and production.

You’ll manage projects from idea to execution, develop justifications and schedules, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
3+ years in chemical processing or refinery environment.
Strong commitment to personal safety.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Broad knowledge of chemical, civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control engineering.
Project management and administrative skills for cost and schedule control.

Responsabilidades

Lead capital and expense projects from idea to execution.
Define scope, justification, and economic analysis; develop schedules; drive execution.
Plan and lead project team efforts through development and execution of projects.
Develop project scope, options, and obtain management approval; obtain funding.
Open, manage, and close projects in SAP; report status to management.
Monitor cost and timing to keep expenditures within limits.
Manage project startup and closeout to realize benefits; provide troubleshooting and engineering analysis.
Perform other duties as assigned.
