Job summary

Ecoservices in Port Neches, TX is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead planning, development, and execution of capital projects across multiple sites. You will deliver projects safely within scope, schedule, cost, and quality while aligning with operational and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with 10+ years in capital project execution and 5+ years leading projects in manufacturing; PMP/PE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required or equivalent.
• 10+ years engineering/project management or capital project execution experience.
• 5+ years leading capital projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PS M regulated facilities.
• PMP/PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, execution, and closeout of capital projects from concept to startup.
• Manage a portfolio of capital projects across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Develop scopes, estimates, schedules, and resource plans for capital investments.
• Ensure all projects meet safety, regulatory, and PSM requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage contractors and vendors.
• Monitor progress and report scope, schedule, budget, and KPIs to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in project controls and execution processes.
• Support startups, turnarounds, commissioning, and post-project evaluations.
