Salary Range: $25.00 To $38.00 Hourly

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a dedicated Lead Chemical Operator to join our team! In this role, you'll operate advanced equipment and systems while leading shift operations to produce high-quality chemical products in a safe and efficient environment.

This position features a rotating schedule (1st & 2nd shifts) and includes a 4% shift differential when working 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Work Schedule Requirement:

This role requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule on a monthly and/or quarterly basis, alternating between:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (includes a 4% shift premium)

All shifts are Monday through Friday.
