The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years of chemical operator experience, forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Build production batches and complete batch documentation in compliance with cGMP and GDP standards.
• Load/unload chemicals, operate pumps and filters, and monitor temperatures and run speeds.
• Perform in-process testing and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (6S).
• Collaborate with QC, R&D, customer service, and production planning teams.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and submit repair requests.
• Train other employees and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards while meeting KPI targets.
