Responsibilities

• Supervises cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and serve food.
• Supervises hourly kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Prepares high-quality food per recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Maintains food quality, portion control and proper serving temperatures.
• Monitors usage and waste to requisition supplies.
• Receives and inspects supplies to ensure inventory.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of work area and equipment.
• Assists in recipe and menu development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
