Platinum Resort Assisted Living and Memory Care in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Chef / Lead Cook for days only. You’ll cook for 16 residents and the Platinum Angels team in a calm, organized kitchen, with no late nights. You’ll plan menus, manage inventory, maintain health standards, and contribute to a home-like dining experience.

Qualifications

• Culinary leadership with ownership of the kitchen.
• Ability to work well with a team in a calm environment.
• Experience crafting varied menus for residents.
• Capable of maintaining high standards under pressure.
• Fine dining experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare every dish with care and consistency for 16 residents and staff.
• Plan menus, manage inventory, and monitor food costs.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Meet health, safety, and assisted-living dining requirements.
