Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Wisconsin is seeking a Retail Store Associate Lead who delivers outstanding customer service while maintaining food safety standards. The role includes handling orders, directing a team of Retail Store Associates, and serving as a key contact for vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of experience in customer service, retail and/or food safe environment.
• Food Safety Certification required. Responsible Beverage certification required. Hand jack and forklift required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to all food safety requirements.
• Handle product orders, assign tasks to the Retail Store Associate position and serve as a vendor contact.
• Open/close procedures; cash handling and reconciliation; maintain clean, stocked checkout area.
• Coordinate invoicing and product picking for deliveries and events.
