Job summary

Agropur Cooperative is hiring for a deli/retail role in Wisconsin. The position involves greeting customers, preparing orders to specifications, handling the cash register, and maintaining a clean, organized checkout area. You will stock shelves, prepare samples, and assist with food prep in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma (preferred) and at least two years in customer service/retail or a food-safe setting. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in customer service, retail and/or food safe environment.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the establishment and prepare orders to specifications.
• Maintain an orderly and clean checkout area and run the cash register.
• Perform cash drawer reconciliations and issue receipts, refunds, or change.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean work area.
• Prepare and distribute sampling products to customers and accurately prepare orders.
• Cook and prepare food items per quality standards; work in the deli making cheese trays, pizzas and bagging product.
