Job summary

Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery in Vermont is seeking a first shift 12-hour Operator (6am-6pm) on a 40-hour/week schedule. Starting pay is $30.15/hr with a 7–10% night differential.

The 12-hour shift follows a 4-on-4-off rotation and includes opportunities for increases every 6 months for the first two years. The role involves leading operators, operating cheese making and whey drying equipment, and cross-training across positions.

Qualifications

• Lead operator capable of running multiple production positions.
• Cross trained to run multiple pieces of equipment as part of a team.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships and guide trainees.
