Rocky Mountain Endoscopy is hiring a Charge RN full time in Colorado, functioning as the peri-operative charge nurse to lead patient care in a ambulatory endoscopy setting.

The role involves nursing care within state standards, decision-making for patient needs, and collaboration with the team. It may include duties on committees or quality improvement projects as assigned by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care within state standards of practice and the policies of the Endoscopy Center.
• Makes decisions regarding direct patient care needs and communicates information to other team members.
• Helps maintain equipment, supplies, and cleanliness of unit as a whole.
• May have additional responsibilities as designed by the Clinical Director/Administrator, including patient care, committees, quality improvement audits and projects.
