Job summary

Rocky Mountain Endoscopy is seeking a RN Charge Nurse to lead perioperative nursing in a full-time role. You will ensure nursing care meets state standards and center policies, and guide the team in patient flow and safety.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, communicating with staff, maintaining equipment and supplies, and supporting quality improvement initiatives as directed by Clinical Director/Administrator. Experience in perioperative settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the appropriate state.
• Experience in perioperative or endoscopy setting preferred.
• Ability to make direct patient care decisions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within state standards and center policies.
• Make decisions regarding direct patient care needs and communicate with the team.
• Help maintain equipment, supplies, and cleanliness of the unit.
• Support Clinical Director/Administrator with patient care, committees, and quality improvement audits.
