Westview Cottages is seeking a dedicated RN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards while maintaining high-quality care. Your role includes planning shifts, coordinating services, and documenting care plans.

The job requires an active RN license, strong leadership, and the ability to work within a team to meet residents’ needs. Competitive benefits and stable hours are available.

Qualificações

• RN must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Ability to lead and supervise nursing assistants and staff.
• Knowledge of nursing care standards, regulations, and documentation requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day nursing operations and supervise nursing assistants.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain daily census, complete medical forms and charting as required.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents; coordinate with other services.
• Administer medications as ordered and verify patient identities.
• Prepare, review and update discharge plans with input from care team.
