Westview Cottages is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants and CMAs. The role requires adherence to Nurse Practice Acts and all applicable standards to maintain high-quality care.

Candidates must have an active state license, and an approved LPN/RN program completion, with at least two years of LPN/RN experience. State licensure and certifications must be in good standing.

Formación

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current state license.
• Anursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of anapproved LPN/RN program.
• Two years of experience as an LPN/RN.
• Must also meetstate requirements for relevant licensures or certifications and have nodisciplinary action in effect against professional license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants and CMAs. Such supervision must be in accordance with the Nurse Practice Acts and current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing to maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
