Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree and an active LPN/LVN license.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must demonstrate leadership and supervisory ability.
• Experience planning, organizing, and implementing nursing services.
• Familiarity with PCC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts.
• Chart nurses' notes and transcribe orders accurately.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
• Plan shifts’ services, programs, and activities.
