Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of OR experience required; five (5) years preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with and direct colleagues.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the operating room environment and assist with peri-operative patient care.
• Develop and promote surgical technology standards within and outside the OR.
• Mentor and support new staff as a preceptor and participate in unit quality assurance and lean initiatives.
