Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• Graduation from a formal accredited surgical technician training program.
• Certified Surgical Tech Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeon by passing sterile articles, retracting tissue, counting and handling of surgical specimens.
• Remains alert to and safeguards against patient injury while guarding asepsis.
