Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Macomb, IL is seeking a CNA to assist with ADLs and schedule coordination under the DON. You will support residents with daily activities, communicate health status changes to the clinical team, and engage with families to create positive, lasting experiences.

The role emphasizes compassionate, dignified care, adherence to confidentiality, and ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the nursing aide schedule under the Director of Nursing.
• Assist with various clerical duties as requested.

Job Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON), supports coordination ofthe nursing aide schedule
• Assists with various clerical duties as requested
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident and employee information

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve withlove,compassion, anddignity
