Job summary

Brookstone Estates, Emerald Glen, & Grand Victorian in Tuscola, IL is seeking a part-time CNA for 2nd shift. You will provide resident care per care plans and assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and current CNA certification. Excellent communication and compassionate service are essential. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), and daily pay options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
