Reflections Retirement Community in Macomb, IL is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time, 3rd shift position. You will deliver compassionate, individualized resident care according to care plans while promoting dignity and independence.

You will report to the clinical team, communicate clearly with residents and families, participate in ongoing learning, and follow all privacy rules. The role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Salary Range: $18.75 - $19.00 Hourly

Job Shift: 3rd shift
