Avenue360 Health And Wellness is seeking a Lead Certified Medical Assistant to provide leadership and daily operational support for the medical assistant team. The Lead CMA reports to the Quality Manager and collaborates with nursing leadership to maintain high-quality, safe clinical care.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Medical Assistant Certification required.
BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

Provide daily supervision of Medical Assistants to ensure compliance with standards of care and clinical work plans.
Train MA staff on Avenue 360 policies, procedures, protocols, and documentation requirements.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development for Medical Assistants.
Maintain knowledge of best practices in nursing and medical assisting for quality patient care.
Assist in infection control oversight and quality monitoring as part of clinic operations.
Oversee clinic workflows, patient flow, and efficient charting to support timely care.
