Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to deliver specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. You will assess patients, design custom splints, and develop individualized recovery plans to optimize function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in OT or PT.
• OT or PT program must be accredited.
• CHT credential required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients; establish plan of care.
• Provide hand therapy interventions and splinting.
• Document occupational/hand therapy services.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians; supervise assistants.
