Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a sterile processing or surgical services environment.
• One year of lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises CS technical staff including orientation, training, coaching, disciplinary action, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Directs daily department activities including scheduling and work assignments.
• Provides continuing education and updates related to equipment, processes, or service changes.
• Performs quality assurance and monitors department effectiveness with management on improvements.
• Oversees case cart assembly, ensuring timely, accurate pulling of supplies and deliveries.
