Job summary

Lawrenceville Surgery Center is seeking a Lead Central Sterile Processing Technician to join our on-site team in Lawrenceville, GA. You will oversee sterilization processes, maintain sterile instrument logs, and ensure all equipment is properly tested and ready for use.

• 1-2 years of experience as Instrument Room Technician or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate sterilization equipment and maintain logs.
• Adhere to sterilization policies and procedures.
• Inspect and maintain instruments and equipment in proper working condition.
• Label and date sterilized items; ensure inventory is ready to prevent delays.
• Report any breaks in sterile technique and take appropriate action.
• Ensure stock levels and supplies are adequate for the sterile processing area.
