Solis Mammography is seeking a Center Director to lead daily operations in a bustling healthcare setting. The role requires supervising staff, managing scheduling, ensuring exam workflows, and maintaining compliance with mammography licensing standards.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in healthcare, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and familiarity with medical terminology and RIS software (Sectra preferred).

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years healthcare industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Outstanding service skills with internal and external customers.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend medical terminology.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and sometimes complex instructions.
• Knowledge of database software and Radiology Information Systems software, Sectra preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide services and support for the following areas: supervision of daily operations of medical records, front desk, CAD/Reports, and technologists.
• Review patient scheduling needs and coordinate changes to appointments and procedures.
• Ensure all incomplete exams are scheduled and followed through with required information.
• Provide medical releases to imaging facilities when prior mammogram films are needed.
• Review delinquent exam reports monthly and notify affected patients.
• Track pathology outcomes for needle localizations and BI-RADS 4 & 5 exams in the RIS.
• Oversee ordering of supplies for procedures and office needs.
• Serve as main point of contact for patients and referring physicians regarding scheduling and treatment concerns.
• Coordinate service and preventative maintenance of equipment; monitor downtime and impact on patient care.
• Oversee compliance and documentation for state/MQSA mammography licenses.
• Monitor staff performance and attendance to meet Solis standards.
• Monitor staffing levels and ensure coverage within budgetary guidelines.
• Communicate procedures to patients and educate on preventive breast health.
