Solis Mammography in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Center Director to lead daily operations, coordinate patient scheduling and staff performance, and uphold high standards of radiology care. You will ensure equipment maintenance, licensing compliance, and strong patient communications in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in healthcare, Mammography knowledge, and a commitment to confidentiality and exceptional service for patients and referring physicians

Competenze

• ARRT Mammography certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years healthcare industry experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations of medical records, front desk, CAD/Reports, and technologists.
• Review patient scheduling needs and adjust diagnostic and screening slots.
• Ensure incomplete exams are scheduled and information is obtained.
• Provide medical releases to imaging facilities requiring prior films.
• Review delinquent exam reports monthly and notify patients.
• Track pathology outcomes and verify RIS data entry.
• Oversee supplies for procedures and office operations.
• Serve as point of contact for patients and referring physicians.
• Coordinate maintenance of equipment and report downtime effects.
• Ensure license compliance for state/MQSA mammography.
• Monitor staff performance and attendance; maintain Solis standards.
• Monitor staffing and budgetary coverage.
• Communicate procedures to patients and educate on mammography benefits.
