Catalina Island Camps seeks an experienced CELP Director to lead a premier environmental education program on Santa Catalina Island. The role drives program development, staff leadership, and partnerships with schools, with year-round responsibility.

As a senior leader, you will oversee budgeting, safety, curriculum, scheduling, and resource management, reporting to the COO and Executive Directors. This is a full-time, on-site role offering housing and meals on Catalina Island.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership role overseeing the CELP operations, staffing, and curriculum.
• Background in environmental/outdoor education is preferred.
• 5+ years of program leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead CELP program development and growth.
• Hire and manage program staff.
• Oversee school relationships and scheduling.
