The role requires 4+ years in cell therapy or bioprocessing, a BS in science/engineering, and ability to work night shifts and weekends in a cleanroom setting. You will set up equipment, follow SOPs, document batch records, assist investigations, train others, and collaborate across shifts to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cGMP bioprocessing or cell therapy manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
• Ability to work all assigned shifts.
• Experience in aseptic processing in cleanroom.

Responsibilities

• Execute operations per SOPs and batch records.
• Document per protocols and batch records.
• Support investigations and troubleshooting.
• Maintain GMP and safety compliance.
• Set up areas and equipment; commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and production planning.
• Train others on SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Work in cleanroom and perform aseptic processing.
