Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in cGMP bioprocessing manufacturing or cell therapy manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work day, night, weekends and holidays.
• Cleanroom and aseptic processing experience.
• Comfort with human blood components.
• Experience with cell therapy manufacturing, cell washing, separation and cryopreservation.
• ISO 5 biosafety cabinet experience preferred.
• Cell expansion using incubators and single-use bioreactors.

Responsibilities

• Execute operations described in SOPs and batch records.
• Demonstrate practical and theoretical knowledge in work.
• Complete documentation per protocols, SOPs and batch records.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve problems.
• Train others on SOPs and work instructions.
• Assist in writing manufacturing SOPs that meet CGMP requirements.
• Coordinate with production planning to run daily unit operations across shifts.
• Work in a cleanroom environment and maintain controlled classifications.
