STV Incorporated is seeking an experienced CBTC & NextGen Systems Engineering Manager to lead advanced signaling programs for rail modernization across North America.

You will provide technical leadership in CBTC, signaling, systems integration, and safety-critical transportation systems, working with owners, operators, suppliers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution from concept to revenue service.

Responsibilities

• Lead CBTC & NextGen systems engineering efforts for complex rail modernization projects.
• Coordinate with owners, operators, suppliers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to drive delivery from concept through commissioning and revenue service.
• Ensure rigorous verification & validation (V&V), systems assurance, and safety-critical transit modernization practices.
